Meet the Staff

Christy (Office Manager):  My favorite thing about orthodontics is watching our patients develop and change over the course of their treatment – seeing the difference that a beautiful smile makes in a person’s self-esteem and confidence is so very rewarding!  We have the nicest patients and families within our practice and they make coming to work each day so much fun!  Dr. Lustig is a family-oriented person and treats all of his staff and patients as an extension of his family.  We are all well-taken care of; it is such a blessing to work for Lustig Orthodontics!  My husband's name is Kris and we have three incredible sons, CJ, Cameron, and Caden.  I enjoy running, fishing, and reading in my spare time. I also collect sock monkeys!

Mandy (Clinical Manager):  I am dedicated to making sure that our patients have a great experience at our office. I love meeting each patient and taking the time to make sure that they are comfortable and that their treatment is an all-around positive experience. The challenges that I face each day are rewarding when I see how happy our patients are with the care that they have received. I spend as much time as possible with my husband Kevin and our two beautiful girls. I love to read. My last three vehicles have been Honda Accords, and I love country fried steak!

Vicki  (New Patient Coordinator):  My goal is to make our patients and families feel at home while they are here and to alleviate any concerns or fears that they may have. I love getting patients excited about their treatment, and seeing their before and after pictures is the best!  Our staff gets along so well – we truly care about each other and our families and we have so much fun working together. I have a wonderful family, including twin grandbaby girls and two Labrador retrievers. I enjoy playing golf with my husband Pete, gardening, and taking our puppies to the dog park.

Marci (New Patient Coordinator/Lab Technician):  I love working in the orthodontic field – it’s so great to know that I’m helping people improve their smiles and their self-esteem. I enjoy getting to know all of our patients and helping them through their orthodontic journey.  My husband Marty and I have three children. I spend most of my free time shopping, enjoying crafts, spending time with my family, and attending sporting events. And I can tear up the dance floor!

Becky (Financial Coordinator):  My job entails appointment scheduling and assisting all new patients in the financial aspects of getting started with braces. I really enjoy working with people. We have a great team of ladies to work with every day and both of our doctors make a great working environment for us. I’m married to a great man, Randy. We have three children and one dog and enjoy spending time together at our lake house.  I’m a huge Texas Tech fan. Wreck ‘em Tech!  Go Red Raiders!

Rhonda (Scheduling Coordinator):  I have a great job! I get to greet each patient as they come into our office, offer them refreshments, and catch up on what’s new in their lives. I love working for Dr. Lustig; he is very respectful to both his staff and his patients. He works very hard to make orthodontics a pleasant experience for everyone. I have been happily married to my husband Gandy for 23 years and we have two sons, Jake and Luke, and a dog, Tank.  We enjoy playing games, TV and shopping. Next to Dr. Lustig, I am the office prankster!

Carrie (Insurance Coordinator):  I am one of the first people that patients see when they enter our office; I also handle all of our patients’ insurance needs. I have worked for Dr. Lustig for over five years and his high-energy definitely makes it a blast to come to work each day!  My wonderful husband Gary and I have three dogs, Izzy, Dozier, and Lexi, who keep us very busy outside of the office. I was voted “Class Clown” all four years in high school and have upheld this reputation throughout my career with Dr. Lustig!

Shelly (Orthodontic Assistant): I have been in orthodontics for 14 years and I love everything about it!  We love seeing our patients smile and have fun!  Taking patients braces off is the best part of my job -  I love to see the joy in their faces on their big day!  My husband Matt and I have one son, Carsen, and we enjoy spending time as a family gardening, swimming, and playing golf.  I am a true “blondie” and provide the office lots of entertainment with my many “blonde moments,” such as: "Did you know that Rush Limbaugh is the Prime Minister of England?!"

LeeAnne (Orthodontic Assistant):  I have 20 years of experience in the orthodontic field, the last four being with our fun-loving Dr. Lustig!  I enjoy building trusting relationships with our patients; I want them to feel comfortable asking any questions that they may have. I enjoy getting to know them on a personal level and having fun with them at their appointments. My husband's name is Rick and we have two cutie-pie boys, Cameron and Jaxson. I raised pigs in FFA in high school, and I love perfume!

Alison (Orthodontic Assistant):  My favorite part of orthodontic assisting is helping patients gain self-confidence by making beautiful smiles – something that Dr. Lustig is awesome at!  I love working with such an upbeat staff and doctors who are so much fun!  I enjoy spending time with my husband Rod, my step-son Camdyn, and our three dogs at our family ranch.  I love dancing and singing karaoke; and I can even clap with one hand!

Shannon (Orthodontic Assistant):  I have been in the orthodontic field for over ten years and I absolutely love my job!  I love working on a team with such an experienced group of people who are always teaching me new things. It is a great thing to interact with our patients and watch their transformations. My husband David and I have three amazing children: Tyler, Carys and Ashton. We enjoy boating, camping, motorcycles, wakeboarding, crafts, and mud runs! And I love shoes!

Melissa (Orthodontic Assistant): I have been an orthodontic assistant for 14 years and I absolutely love it!  One of the perks of my job is the one-on-one time that I get to spend with our patients – I love these interactions the most!  Dr. Lustig has such a positive outlook on life and it shows in his practice.  He makes it fun and enjoyable to come to work!  My husband Derek and I have five amazing children. I enjoy anything that allows me to be outside, including golf, tennis, and hunting.  I love to sing karaoke any chance I get! 

Shayna (Marketing Coordinator): My role in the office allows me to interact with our patients in a fun way. I get to plan fun parties, organize games, set up sponsorships for our patients' organizations, and maintain our social networking sites. I love being able to use my creativity and coming up with new and fun activities for our patients to participate in.  Outside of the office, I enjoy shopping, crafting, and spending quality time with my family.
